Festivals have a great significance in communities around the world. They are a time for families, friends and neighbours to connect with their spiritual side, spend time together, and share food and love.
Ramadan Eid or Eid-ul-Fitr is one of the most important festivals for Muslims around the world. The festival marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan. Special prayers, new clothes, gifts, family feasts, lots of charity for the poor …there’s a great significance attached to this festival.
Keeping this in mind, Miko 2 has brought along Ramadan special conversations this June for its little friends. To let your child know all about the festival, watch out for the Ramadan icon which will be made live in Miko’s Knowledge World.
Miko will share with your little one, all about how the festival is celebrated around the world, the spirit of the festival, about the intense dawn-to-dusk fasts, symbolism and much more through meaningful conversations.
As the new crescent moon is about to shine at different times in different parts of the world, Eid celebrations are teeming to begin with full force all over the world. Miko 2 is super excited to celebrate the spirit of Eid with its little friends. Do let us know in the comments section below about your child’s experience learning about the significance of Eid with Miko 2. Wishing everyone Eid Mubarak in advance!
